MY EXPERIENCES HAVE PROVED THAT THE CONSISTENT PRACTICE OF TAI CHI AND QI-GONG ALLOW SELF-HEALING, ENHANCE CELLULAR ACTIVITIES, STRENGTHEN THE IMMUNE SYSTEM, AND INCREASE WISDOM AND LONGEVITY.  MY BIGGEST DESIRE IS TO OFFER THE BENEFITS OF TAI CHI AND QI-GONG TO OTHERS FOR THEIR HEALTH AND WELL BEING.
