Qigong is a breathing practice developed thousands of years ago.  It is rooted in Chinese wisdom literature such as the Tao de Jing and the I Ching.  Qigong promotes internal harmony by balancing yin and yang in the body.  Practicing qigong promotes physical relaxation and mental calmness resulting in a sense of inner peacefulness.
